John A. Henry - President and Chief Executive Officer

Reporting to the Board of Directors, Mr. Henry is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Tarpon and its sound business management and performance to maximize shareholder value. Mr. Henry is an oil and gas industry leader with over 30 years diversified experience in a variety of senior roles. Prior to joining Tarpon, he held the position of President, Midstream Services Canada with CCS Corporation, Executive Chairman for TSC Company Ltd., and President, Vista Midstream Solutions Ltd. Mr. Henry currently serves as Director and Board Chair for Waseca Energy Inc., and is a member of the Advisory Board of Northern Plains Capital Ltd. He received a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Alberta in 1974 and is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Alberta.

David Churchill - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Churchill is responsible for overseeing Tarpon's financial structure, taxation and reporting activities. Prior to joining Tarpon, he was Vice President, Financial Operations and Corporate Secretary for a Vancouver-based real estate development company. His professional experience also includes the position of Senior Manager with KPMG in Vancouver and Calgary. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary in 1989, receiving his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993. Mr. Churchill completed the Directors Education Program in June 2008 and is also a member of the Board of Governors of Hull Child and Family Services.

Rick Wickland - Senior Vice President, Electric & Controls Division

Mr. Wickland is responsible for Tarpon's Electric & Controls division and has over 26 years of instrumentation and management experience. Prior to joining Tarpon, he was Manager, Operations for a leading electrical and instrumentation service company. He also held various positions with Amoco Canada including Maintenance Foreman for the electrical and instrumentation group in the Pembina field. Mr. Wickland is an experienced Journeyman Instrument Mechanic with Inter-Provincial Seals.

Carey Mogdan - Vice President, Structures Division

Mr. Mogdan is responsible for Tarpon’s Structures division and has over 15 years of management experience. Prior to joining Tarpon, he worked as a Manufacturing Consultant for Focus Consulting. He also held senior management positions with Namasco and Relizon where he led the expansion of the business in raw and semi-fabricated metal products. Mr. Mogdan is a graduate of SAIT Polytechnic and the University of Alberta. He is also the Vice Chair of the MS Society of Canada, Chair of the fundraising committee and is active in the end MS campaign.

Mike Scott - Vice President, Human Resources & Communications

Mr. Scott is responsible for developing and leading Tarpon’s human resources functions and communications activities. He is a senior human resources leader with over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Scott started his career in human resources with Shell Canada in 1980. While working for Shell, he held various senior HR positions including Manager Compensation and Manager Talent Management. From 1996 to 1999, he worked for Royal Dutch Shell on an expatriate assignment based in London setting up global HR programs and policies for the Chemicals division. After retiring from Shell in 2008, Mr. Scott joined Oilexco in the capacity of Senior Manager, Human Resources. He was responsible for establishing HR practices and processes to support the growth of the company. From 2010 to 2011, he provided general HR consulting services for Valeura Energy Inc., a start-up oil and gas company. Mr. Scott has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in English Literature and a Masters in Business Administration from Queen’s University.
