Structures
Tarpon’s Structures division is a leading supplier of steel building solutions. We design and fabricate modular buildings, pre-engineered buildings, self-framed buildings, workforce accommodations and steel building systems and components for a wide range of industries including: oil and gas, industrial, commercial, agricultural and mining.
Structures’ expansive 125,000 square foot manufacturing facility, 8,500 square foot painting and industrial coating shop and 15,000 square foot office complex enables us to design and construct steel building solutions. Our offering includes design, engineering, detailing, manufacturing, installation/erection and after sales service.
MODULAR BUILDINGS
We design and manufacture a wide range of high quality modular systems including MCC buildings, pumps houses, compressor buildings and auxiliary buildings.
Working in conjunction with Tarpon’s Electric & Controls division, we are able to offer a fully integrated package that includes items such as switchgear, control systems, wiring, lighting, instrumentation and tubing for a complete and operational system that can be pre-commissioned at our own facility.
PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDINGS
Our pre-engineered buildings systems offer the maximum in design flexibility and appearance for all applications. From high-end commercial and industrial, to workshops and storage projects, our pre-engineered building systems are built to our clients’ requirements. We can also manufacture buildings to include large clear span trusses and/or heavy crane loading.
All buildings are constructed in our manufacturing facility and transported to location for site installation. Our pre-engineered construction process offers maximum benefits in custom design and cost-effectiveness.
SELF-FRAMED BUILDINGS
We provide a wide range of self-framed building products that offer an economical alternative to conventional rigid framed structures. Our custom designed buildings can be delivered pre-erected or unassembled for field erection. We are able to supply buildings for a variety of applications – ranging from electrical substation enclosures to telecommunications buildings.
WORKFORCE ACCOMMODATIONS
We are dedicated to servicing the changing and growing needs of the commercial, industrial, and oil and gas markets by providing cost-effective, multi-unit, multi-story permanent complexes.
STEEL BUILDING SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS
We manufacture all main steel building system components for superior fit and finish ensuring a quality product from concept to completion.
Our pre-engineered construction process ensures our clients’ projects are more cost-effective compared to conventional construction methods. We also have the capability to provide customized steel building system components, including:
- Standing seam and screw down roofing systems
- Wall cladding in various profiles
- “Z” and “C” shape purlins and girts for secondary framing
- Flashing and accessories
INDUSTRIAL COATING FACILITY
We specialize in abrasive blasting and the application of industrial coatings. Our offering includes light industrial painting, high build epoxy/urethane coating, high abrasion coatings and internal coatings to SSPC and NACE standards.
Our environmentally sound media recovery industrial coating facility allows us to accommodate any project year-round. Equipped with the latest technology, we can execute various sizes and scopes of projects.
From existing designs to custom projects, we are experienced and qualified to provide:
